Who processes your data

What we collect

Only what you type into the order or dye-request form:

• name
• email address
• phone number
• country, city, postcode and delivery address
• your comment on the order, if you left one
• photographs of the garment — dye requests only

Why

To handle your order: confirm availability, quote shipping, agree payment and send the piece. We do not use any of it for marketing.

Where it is kept

Orders are stored in Notion (Notion Labs, Inc., USA), on their servers. Dye-request photographs are uploaded there too. Only the workshop has access.

The site takes no payment, so we never collect or hold card numbers or bank details.

How long

For as long as the order needs it, and a reasonable period afterwards in case of a return, exchange or a question about the shipment. Then it is deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Write to sales@dyed-by-fragments.com and we will do it.

Newsletter

If you left your address in the subscribe form in the site footer, we keep that address, the date you subscribed and your chosen language — and nothing else — in a database separate from orders. We use it to write occasionally about new drops and the dye room. We never pass it on or sell it.

You can unsubscribe at any time, through the link in any e-mail or by writing to sales@dyed-by-fragments.com. Order data never feeds the newsletter: to receive e-mails, the address has to be left in the subscribe form itself.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and collects no visit statistics. Your chosen language and currency, and the contents of your cart, are kept locally in your browser and are never sent anywhere.

City lookup by postcode

When you type a postcode into the order form, your browser sends it and the chosen country to Zippopotam (api.zippopotam.us), a free lookup service, so the city can be filled in for you. Nothing else — no name, address or contact details — is sent there. Type the city yourself and no request is made.
